Returns & Replacements for Cosplays and Other Items

If you carefully check the measurement guide before you order, there shall not be a problem with the size. In the unlikely event you ordered the wrong size or the item arrives defective, we will exchange it. Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise can be returned by mail for exchange or refund. Please email us immediately upon arrival in order to get a Return Authorization Number. Returns without a RAN will not be processed.

If you want to return for exchange, please send the item back to us within a reasonable time (2 weeks shall be enough time for you to find out the size problem in most cases) after you get the package.

If you do not like the costume, you can request return for refund. Since cosplay is usually used for just one event such as Halloween or a convention, we have very strict policy regarding return for refund. If you want a refund, you need to contact us immediately (within 24 hours) after you receive the package and once you have the RAN, please send the package back to us with a tracking number with no delay. We do not accept refund during major conventions (e.g. the week of Anime LA, Anime Boston, A-kon, Animagic, Connichi, AnimeNext, Anime Expo, Otakon, Dragon Con, Anime USA and Halloween, from 1st Oct until 31th Oct).

We do not charge restocking fee but we cannot refund shipping for items return for refund.
